- Suggested Uses: Diffuse 2-4 drops of Stress Relief essential oil when feeling stressed or anxious. Stress Relief oil can be used in the bath, in body products and/or diluted with a carrier oil and used for massages to promote relaxation.
- DIY Stress Relieving Body Scrub: In a 4 oz mason jar combine ⅓ cup organic granulated sugar (or a mixture of white and brown sugar), 15-20 drops Stress Relief essential oil + 2 tbsp of organic extra virgin olive oil. Stir all ingredients, label, and use as needed. *You can adjust the amount depending on the size of your container as well as how strong you want it to smell.*
