Q: I am new to oils what do you recommend?
A: Essential oils come in a wide variety of scents and can be used in so many different ways. Contact our Customer Support Team, our friendly staff would be happy to help you in your journey into Essential Oils. We will work with your to find the right oils and the best uses.

Q: How do I use the Essential Oils?
A: Essential oils can be used in so many different ways such as for mood lifting, muscle pain relief, cleaning, sleeping, helps with cold/flu symptoms. If you want to use the oils for any medical purposes we recommend you always consult a physician or licensed aroma therapist before use. You can contact our Customer Support Team to help you find the best uses to suit your needs.

Q: The bottle of oil is not full, why?
A: All of our bottles are larger than the size mentioned on the label. To be full the oil needs to reach the bottom of the shoulder (curve) of the bottle. Usually this should be right above the top of the label.

Q: The scent does not last a long time in my diffuser.
A: Make sure you are reading the instructions for you diffuser and consider the amount of space you have in the room. Larger rooms will need more oil than smaller rooms. Also consider the oil to water ratio, you may just need to add 1-2 more drops in your diffuser.

Q: Can I take the oils internally?
A: We follow the guidelines of the leading aromatherapy associations, such as the Alliance of International Aroma therapists (AIA), International Aromatherapy and Aromatic Medicine Association, Aromatherapy Trade Council, and others, all state that essential oils should not be taken internally (regardless of purity or organic origin) unless under the guidance of a health care practitioner trained at an appropriate level . As such, all of our oils carry a label warning that the product is not for internal use. Many people do ingest our 100% pure products internally, but they do so by their own choice, and not by our suggestion or recommendation.

Q: Are our Essential Oils Organic?
A: We obtain plants from farmers who use traditional methods, free of pesticides or wild gather where appropriate, but due to the reach of our supply chain we are not certified as organic.

Q: Is your distillation facility certified?
A: The distillation facility is GMP, FDA, ISO 9001 and Kosher certified.

Q: How do you extract the Essential Oils.
A: The majority of our oils are extracted by Steam Distillation.

Q: What are Absolutes?
A: Steam distillation is sometimes too harsh to extract the oils from things like rose petals or Jasmine so they are distilled using a solvent. Once the oils have been extracted all but a trace amount of the solvent is removed and only the scent remains.

Q: Where is the Country of Origin for your oils?
A: Our oils are sourced from all over the world, you can find the Country of Origin on the product label, or contact our Customer Support department if you have questions about specific oil.

Q: My Euro dropper is not working; it drops too fast or too slow
A: The dropper should dispense the oil one drop at a time. If it is slow, tap on the bottom of the bottle. You can also push a needle through the hole in the dropper to ensure you have a clear opening. If it comes out too fast please contact Customer Support so we can send you a new one.

Q: Can I use the oil directly on my skin?
A: Yes, however we always recommend you do a patch test before using any undiluted Essential Oil on your skin. To do a patch test you will want to place a small amount of the undiluted oil on the inside of your wrist or behind your ear, because the skin is thinner than the rest of the body and more sensitive. If there is no reaction within 15 minutes you should be able to use the oil topically without a carrier oil or lotion. If you have a reaction try diluting the oil with a carrier oil or lotion then do the patch test again. This will cut down the strength of the oil so it may be less irritating.

Q: I used the oil topically and it irritated my skin, what do I do?
A: Wash the area with soap and water, if you notice oil still on your skin you can apply any carrier oil i.e. olive oil, vegetable oil, coconut oil to your skin. This will help break up the oil particles on your skin so you can then wash it away with soap and water.

Q: What type of carrier oil can I use? Is there anything else I can use besides carrier oil?
A: You can use JoJoba oil, Fractionated Coconut oil, and plain unscented lotion. If you are using the Essential Oil in a massage the JoJoba oil works best. If you are looking for a moisturizer the Coconut oil or lotion works best.
