Suggested Uses: Protective essential oil works great when applied to the shoulders. Mix 2-3 drops with a carrier oil and gently massage into the skin. Put on the bottom of your feet at night during cold and flu season to support the immune system. The protective blend is commonly diffused in the home or at work to kill airborne pathogens, inhibit mold and build immune systems.

How do I use the Essential Oils?
Essential oils can be used in so many different ways such as for mood lifting, allergies, cold/flu symptoms, and sleeping by diffusing the oils in an oil diffuser. They can be used topically for things such as muscle pain relief, skin toning, hair strengthening, and cleaning just to name a few. If you want to use the oils for any medical purposes we recommend you always consult a physician or licensed aroma therapist before use. How do you extract the Essential Oils?
The majority of our oils are extracted by Steam Distillation.
Can I use the oil directly on my skin?
Yes, however we always recommend you do a patch test before using any undiluted Essential Oil on your skin. To do a patch test you will want to place a small amount of the undiluted oil on the inside of your wrist or behind your ear, because the skin is thinner than the rest of the body and more sensitive. If there is no reaction within 15 minutes you should be able to use the oil topically without a carrier oil or lotion. If you have a reaction try diluting the oil with a carrier oil or lotion then do the patch test again. This will cut down the strength of the oil so it may be less irritating.
What type of carrier oil can I use? Is there anything else I can use besides carrier oil?
You can use JoJoba oil, Fractionated Coconut oil, and plain unscented lotion. If you are using the Essential Oil in a massage the JoJoba oil works best. If you are looking for a moisturizer the Coconut oil or lotion works best.
