- Suggested Uses: Diffuse 2-4 drops of Breathe essential oil during times of respiratory discomfort. Dilute with a carrier oil or unscented lotion to a 5% ratio and rub on chest or back for easier breathing.
- DIY Room Spray: In a 2 oz glass spray bottle add 10-15 drops Breathe Blend essential oil, then fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water allowing enough room to put the sprayer parts in. Add sprayer top and shake well to blend. Label and use as needed. Shake vigorously before each use.
