- Suggested Uses: Dilute 1 drop of Health Shield oil with 5-15 drops of carrier oil and massage the thymus and under the arms to strengthen the immune system. This oil can also be applied topically to the bottom of feet, throat, ears, stomach, and stomach area with the same dilution ratio. Health Shield essential oil can be diffused periodically in your Healing Solutions diffuser for 30 minutes at a time, especially if there is sickness in the home.
