Have Allergies? Try this Super Easy Homemade Recipe Using Essential Oils Posted on 04 Sep 11:40

Essential oils (EOs) are extracts of plants. As such, the stuff of EOs are all around us. Throughout history, essential oils have been used as natural healing aids. Essential oils are an all-natural alternative to over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and have been known to help soothe and even alleviate symptoms of allergies along with many other troublesome ailments of both body and mind.

Essential oils have made a strong resurgence recently as people begin to take the important questions of their total health more seriously. It has become common to apply the natural healing benefits of essential oils to create wonderful fragrances, beauty and cleaning products, and of course to improve one’s health. Whether your intent is to moisturize your skin, alleviate a headache, or reduce stress, essential oils provide aromatic and natural alternatives to other, oftentimes harmful or addictive, medications.

BE AWARE: Not all essential oils are created equal. When you’re deciding whether to purchase a specific type or brand of EO, make sure you keep an eye out for terms like “pure essential oil” and “therapeutic grade essential oil”. These premium oils are your safest, healthiest options. They will be more potent and effective than their “fragrance oil” counterparts which are often diluted and include chemical additives. (Healing Solutions’ premium essential oils are tested and verified as pure so that our customers get only the very safest and most potent oils at prices they can afford. LEARN MORE HERE.)
