HOW TO MAKE A LAVENDER BATH FOR IMPROVED SLEEP
Lavender oil mixed with Epsom salts is an excellent additive to bathwater. Not only does it promote smoother skin, soothe the surface of the skin, and help to alleviate everyday discomforts of the skin such as itching, it also promotes a deep sense of relaxation within and without.

OTHER ESSENTIAL OIL FORMULAS THAT MAY HELP
Roman Chamomile and Coconut Oil. This blend can be created by mixing one or two drops of the chamomile essential oil with one tablespoon of coconut oil and massaging it into the skin.
